Turtle Mathem
Inside the dining room it was turtle mayhem. Turtles had climbed onto the tables and were gobbling up every last piece of egg, toast and burnt bacon they could find. Some customers stood on chairs, others hid behind over turned tables. A few were hiding in the bathroom. I didn’t think the turtles were that scary. I mean, the bathroom is really stinky so I would have to be pretty scared to hide in there.

On the other hand the turtles were going crazy. The ones who couldn’t find something to eat were looking for it everywhere. One turtle was even hanging from the ceiling fan spinning round and round. I wasn’t sure what to do but when a lady ran screaming past me with a turtle clinging to her hair, I knew I had to do something.
